The Museo Numismático Nacional is a hidden wonder in the heart of Mexico City's Historic Center, five blocks from the Cathedral. It occupies an 8,000 m2 building listed as a Historic Monument, whose origin dates back to the 16th century, where industrial work related to mining and minting, which explains the enormous walls that protect it.
