Apartment Building, City, Streets

Colonia Juárez is one of the better-known neighborhoods in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City.

It´s architecture outstands  because of 3 big style types (currently these places are prestigious hotels, gubernamental offices or apartments for lodging)

The Villas- These houses stand out for their triangular finishes and fleur-de-lis ironwork, a French symbol. Their structures allow a glimpse from outside of the sewing room, the smoking room and the garden where the family used to spend the afternoon.

The Palacetes - With an austere design and a prominent garden that once served as a stable, these historic buildings are easily recognizable by their impressive entrance door and the prominent balcony on top.

The Manor Houses- Smaller and more hermetic, these houses are difficult to see from outside. Many were adapted as businesses after the Mexican Revolution, becoming an essential part of the commercial fabric of the colony.
